Whether it is missing or broken teeth, discoloured or stained teeth or simply undesirable spaces and gaps, there is always a treatment option to provide your desired result.
What is Smile Design?
Prosthodontists have been designing smiles for decades. What looks good and how teeth affect your appearance and demeanour is one of our highest priorities.
Your smile is the first thing that people notice about you. Whereas other non-verbal communications such as touch and gestures differ between countries and cultures, a smile is universal, emanates confidence and invites trust and respect from others.
Whether it is missing or broken teeth, discoloured or stained teeth or simply undesirable spaces and gaps, there is always a treatment option to provide your desired result.
A comprehensive consultation with our prosthodontist is the first step to communicate your concerns and expectations, see what your options are and get a detailed treatment plan with the costs involved so you can make an informed decision. Dr Shepherd has many years of collective experience in complex aesthetic and implant rehabilitations and can help you, whether it is a single crown, bridge or full mouth rehabilitation.
Smile design is a skill in itself and the ultimate critic is you. We discuss your expectations before we begin and aim to demonstrate the outcome before you make a decision.
Colour & Shape
Depending on your individual preference, we aim to achieve a virtually undetectable restoration. We have on-site facilities to alter the colour of restorations before they are delivered and for the particularly complex situation, we will invite our laboratory technicians to consult with you.
By combining expertise, artistry and experience, our prosthodontists can then recommend different materials and options to provide you with the best choice for each tooth to achieve your ideal smile.
To ensure you are happy with your final smile, we adhere strictly to our protocol which gives you and us ultimate control and a visualised outcome every step of the way. You are able to see your final smile over 3 key stages before your treatment is completed. This is just one of the reasons why we are able to achieve your desired result every time.
